The URLs and DotsBook services provided by DotsBook (“we”) on or through mobile applications, websites, third-party platforms, including social networking sites or similar communication platforms that you have linked to our applications and websites (“Third Party Platforms”), and various API services and other services that we may provide from time to time (collectively, the “Services”). DotsBook may also disclose and/or transfer your Personal Information: (1) in response to a judicial or governmental subpoena, warrant or order served on or delivered to DotsBook; (2) if necessary, in DotsBook’s sole discretion, to protect the rights or property of DotsBook, to enforce the provisions of this Privacy Policy and/or DotsBook’s Terms of Service and/or to prevent harm to yourself or others; (3) if DotsBook files a petition for relief for or against DotsBook under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, or if DotsBook becomes the subject of an order for the appointment of a trustee or receiver.

Business Transactions
If DotsBook is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred as a business asset. In such cases, we will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and/or becomes subject to another privacy policy.
